A final message from your Committee for 2022

President’s Letter

Welcome!

Well, what a fabulous year this has been!

We can be very proud of our many accomplishments, such as organising big events like the Spring Market, the Summer Garden Party and the Mega-Brocante, expanding our team of cooks for Wednesday Lunch, making it even easier to find and book events and activities online…

We also welcomed 46 new members this year, bringing our total membership to 243 members representing 30 different nationalities.

All of this is possible because of the — immensely appreciated — 80 volunteers who keep the Club up and running! If you would like to find out how you can help, we currently have nine open positions to choose from (click here for more info).

And speaking of help, it’s also time to vote for the BWC charities for 2023 so please click here to cast your vote before Saturday 10 December.

Looking forward to 2023, the BWC Committee has been hard at work, planning lots of special events to celebrate our 60th Anniversary next year, so watch this space!

In the meantime, Happy Holidays and enjoy our final issue of the year,

Lilian Eilers
BWC President
