President’s Letter

Welcome!

You are looking at a very special issue this month, because it’s the first one by our brand new Passport Layout Editor: Doreen B. Congratulations, Doreen!

I also want to welcome three other members who took up new positions this year:
Michelle VdS as Excursion Coordinator, Rita M as Clubhouse Deputy and Zosia B as Events Director. Glad to have you on board!

The Club is run by a huge team of 40+ volunteersSo if you are looking for an opportunity to keep your mind or hands busy but don’t want to over-commit, make sure to check out our new Get Involved page. From organising coffee mornings to promoting our events online, from cooking your favourite dish to editing our weekly news…we have something for you!

And please also mark your calendars for our
AGM Celebration on Tuesday 17 May at the Clubhouse. After the traditional review of the past year, we will toast the new Committee with a glass of bubbly, followed by a delicious buffet lunch.

Enjoy this month’s issue!
