This 90-minute online workshop invites us to review our eating habits and make positive changes that will have a greater, lasting impact than any short-term diet can.
The main focus of this “Mindful Eating” workshop is to create a profound awareness of the way we eat. From awareness comes choice, helping us become conscious of making choices that will make us feel better, not just in our bodies but in our lives as well.
A side note: weight loss is not the intentional aim of this workshop, however it may be a likely by-product.
