Practicing yoga has many advantages: it improves strength, balance and flexibility. It can mean more energy and brighter moods. And it helps you manage stress more effectively. Join our invigorating one-hour sessions and reap immediate benefits.
You will need comfortable clothes, a mat, a light blanket, a bottle of water. If possible, it would be good if you could also bring along a couple of yoga blocks and a yoga strap, which we use to prop our postures for better alignment. Do not worry if you don’t have them to start with.
Please also let Aurelie know about any medical condition or health issue that she should be aware of, so that she can adjust your practice accordingly.
New students only: To join a class, please register below and select the date(s) you will attend. Payment will be collected in class. Space is limited so your registration confirms your space and lets the teacher know you will be attending and Aurelie will provide you with the zoom link after your registration.
