Practicing yoga has many advantages: it improves strength, balance and flexibility. It can mean more energy and brighter moods. And it helps you manage stress more effectively. Join our invigorating one-hour sessions and reap immediate benefits.
You will need comfortable clothes, a mat, a light blanket, a bottle of water. If possible, it would be good if you could also bring along a couple of yoga blocks and a yoga strap, which we use to prop our postures for better alignment. Do not worry if you don’t have them to start with.
Please let Aurelie know about any medical condition or health issue that she should be aware of, so that she can adjust your practice accordingly.
This class is available by Zoom also, if you would like to participate from home, and will run at the same time.
To join a class, please register below by selecting the date, and whether you will attend in person at the clubhouse or via Zoom.
Payment will be collected in class or by bank transfer to the teacher. Space is limited so your registration confirms your space and lets the teacher know you will be attending. Unless you cancel 24 hours in advance, your spot is reserved and payment is required no later than the date the class is offered.
