Walking has multiple benefits: it increases your heart health, it tones your legs and it actually makes you happy.
We organise weekday and weekend walks of about 6 kilometres that take us a little over an hour to complete. It’s a great way to stay fit and socialise at the same time: in fact, we make a point of walking at a comfortable pace so that we can still talk to each other!
