Your teacher is Sari Saarenpaa, who has been offering Pilates classes for over 17 years in small groups as well as for individuals. Sari hails from Finland and first discovered Pilates 20 years ago in England, when she was desperately looking for ways to strengthen her core muscles after several episodes of back pain.
After her own pain disappeared because of Pilates, she now helps others discover Pilates to improve their well-being, find ways to release tension, and to make exercising an enjoyable experience.
Your € 14 class fee includes all equipment such as rings, balls and bands which Sari will bring to the Clubhouse. Please bring along your own mat and towel.
To join a class, please register by clicking here to email Sari . Payment will be collected in class.
Space is limited to 10 people. This class is usually sold out so please book early each week to avoid disappointment. If you would like to reserve a spot in future weeks, you can do this by reserving with Sari and making your payment in advance.
Because this class is always full, Sari has a 24 hour cancellation policy to receive a refund, so that the space can be offered to someone else.
Classes are offered on Mondays from 2:30-3:30 in the clubhouse. Please arrive by 2:15 to set up your mat.
