Pilates (mixed levels – Wednesdays)

To quote Joseph Pilates, the creator of this popular method of exercise: “In 10 sessions you will feel better, in 20 you will look better, and in 30 you will have a whole new body.”
As opposed to yoga, which is used to improve the flexibility of the body, Pilates is focused on trying to relax muscles which are tense and on strengthening the numerous muscles of the body. Pilates is suitable both for beginners and for people who already exercise regularly.
(Please note that we also have lessons on Fridays at 16:30 – 17:30. When you sign up, you can tell the BWC Pilates Teacher which days you prefer.)
