Green Clay Workshop

If you have ever been curious about natural remedies, or are already a devotee, then this workshop is for you.
Come along and find out the health benefits of green clay that has been used for millennia to treat a wide range of health issues.
BWC member Marie Caroline Coppieters, has been using clay for over 30 years and will share her knowledge and experience with you.
We will learn about various types of clay, their benefits, how to prepare them and apply them. We will then make our own green clay poultice and find out different ways to secure it. Clay provided. Each participant will leave with their ready-to-use clay poultice.
Please bring:
- glass or ceramic jar with a wide neck
- apron
- old clean kitchen towel
- waterproof placemat or a recycled plastic sheet
- old uncoloured cotton fabric approx 20 cm x 50 cm
- old stocking or tights that you no longer use
