French Pastry Workshop: Easter Cakes
Join Florence to learn how to make an Easter Cake.
Florence has many years of experience in French cake and dessert making that she loves to share. No need to worry about any materials. The fee covers all of the materials which Florence will bring along.
Please bring your own container or plate to take your completed Easter Cake home.
Option 1: Hazelnut Easter Cake
The base will be a ” biscuit de Savoie ” which is close to a sponge cake instead of pâte à choux base. The frosting will be a hazelnut frosting.
Option 2: Rich Chocolate Cake
Rich chocolate sponge with a chocolate frosting.
