French Pastry Workshop
MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS WELCOME!
How would you like to make your own French pastry? This month, we will be making a Tarte Tatin, that fabulous French apple pie discovered by the “Tatin sisters” in their hometown restaurant of Lamotte Beuvron (near Orléans, south of Paris), accompanied by crème Chantilly.
Once home, you will be able to deep freeze it, if you can’t eat it right away. Florence will explain how to de-freeze it so that it’s nice and fresh when you want it.
Florence has many years of experience in French cake and dessert making that she loves to share. No need to worry about any materials. The fee covers all of the materials which Florence will bring along.
