How would you like to make your own French pastry? This month, we will be making a ‘Fraisier’ which is a traditional cake made with two layer of Genoise Sponge, Diplomat Cream, a Strawberry Syrup and Fresh Strawberries, making it the most delicious Summer Cake packed with fresh berries!
Florence has many years of experience in French cake and dessert making that she’d love to share with you. No need to worry about any materials. The fee covers all of the materials which Florence will bring along.
