Jane will create a Welsh Leak & Mushroom Tartiflette ie ham replaced with vegetables (€7.00)
Carol will be responible for the premium Welsh Hot Pot including winter vegetables (priced at €8.00 to cover the high cost of lamb)

Pwdin Mynwy – Monmouth Pudding
a frothy combination of bread crumbs and raspberry jam
Pwdin Eyri – Snowdon Pudding
a steamed pudding with seedless raisins & marmelade

Individual mini-crumbles – various fruits (€2.00)

ORDERING, PAYING & COLLECTING
Please contact Jane Kalim by 12.00 Monday 1 March so cooks can shop that afternoon ready to prepare your dishes on Tuesday: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because of COVID restrictions we shall be assigning you a 15 minute time slot in which to collect your meals, from 11.00 -14.00. When you order please also tell us roughly what time (eg 12.00-13.00) you would like to come in and we shall assign you a time as close as possible to your wishes. NB Your meals will be dished up cold, so allow time to re-heat.
Pay either by bank transfer (IBAN: BE04 2100 1552 7631 – keying ‘TA Mar 3’ into the Communication box), or bring the exact money in an envelope with your name on it. If you pay by transfer it would be an immense help if you could print out a record of the transaction and bring it with you to the club. Please specify how you wish to pay when ordering.
