OPEN TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS
This year we have programmed 12 walks under the theme of Châteaux to Shelter.
Walk number 2 (8.9km) is planned for Friday 9 April in the Rixensart/Genval area, where we will be passing two glorious châteaux. We will start at the Château du Heron Rixensart (opposite Carrefour carpark) and walk to Genval Lake and the Château du Lac, and then circle back to Chateau Heron.
Those who wish can join us for part of the walk, namely the 20-minute stroll around Lac Genval, and maybe have a coffee or lunch (to be confirmed).

Why Châteaux to Shelter?
Both of our charities support the homeless — Rolling Douche for adults in Brussels and FACE for Egyptian street children. And as we are so lucky to have roofs over our heads plus the opportunity to visit many beautiful Châteaux in and around Brussels, it seemed an appropriate theme.
