Chair Yoga (Thursdays)

ONLY OPEN TO MEMBERS
If you have back problems, limited mobility or are not very flexible, we offer a gentle form of Yoga that can be done while seated in a chair. Chair yoga is an excellent way to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation.
(Please note that we also have lessons on Mondays at 13:00 – 13:45. When you sign up, you can tell the BWC Yoga Teacher which days you prefer.)
You can have a free trial lesson to start with, if you wish.
